From St. Neots, take B1046 towards Abbotsley and the Gransdens.  On entering Great Gransden take a minor road on the right signposted to Waresley.  After about a mile look out for small bridge over stream.  Turn left, under the height restriction barrier into the car park.  Follow the path up through Brownes' Pieces and on towards the reserve.
